Shipping policy

Every Royal Advent calendar is made in a limited holiday batch. Orders take up to 30 days to be made and packed, then 8 to 10 days for tracked delivery. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery dates shown on our site are estimates. We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you order. We can't redirect a package once it ships.
