When will my calendar arrive?
Every Royal Advent calendar is made in a limited holiday batch. Your order is finished and packed within 30 days, then tracked shipping takes 8 to 10 days. The exact estimate for today's orders is shown next to the Add to cart button.
Order before the countdown ends to have it before Door 1 on December 11.
When do I start opening the doors?
December 11. Fourteen doors take you to Christmas Eve, so the last figure goes on the tree the night before Christmas. If it arrives early, it makes a beautiful display until then.
What's behind the doors?
One hand-painted princess figure behind each of the 14 doors, wrapped so it stays a surprise until you open it.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Enter her address at checkout and add a gift message in the cart. Prices never appear on the packing slip.
What do shipping protection and the warranty cover?
Shipping protection covers your order if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit: we send a replacement at no cost. The 30-day warranty covers anything that breaks within 30 days of delivery: we send a replacement piece. Each is $5 per order.
Is it okay for kids?
It's a decoration made for ages 14 and up, since the figures are small and breakable. Lots of families open it together with younger kids and let a grown-up do the hanging.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and we don't accept returns. If your order never arrives, you'll get a full refund.
